Then & now · A Great Lakes story
More than 30 years ago, I spent several days aboard the 858-foot M/V Roger Blough, following life and work on a Great Lakes freighter for a five-part KBJR-TV series. Videographer Rich Powell and I documented the scale of the ship, the rhythm of the crew’s days and the human stories that made the voyage unforgettable.
